We hope you feel good when wearing our jewelry. Please take care not to expose your new ib design to chlorine, bleaching agents or chemicals. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item.

    We will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase or offer a store credit for items unworn and in new condition. Store credits are issued within 60 days from purchase for items unworn and in new condition. No cash refunds.

    We guarantee all work with a warm heart and smile. Peace.

    Shipping
    If ib designs has your item available, your order will be shipped within 2 or 3 days. If ib designs does not have your item available at the time of purchase, we will alert you by email with the ship date.

    We ship all over the world. For US addresses, each package is insured with a delivery confirmation and a signature is required. You can choose from the following:

    Priority Mail (3-5 days) – $15.00

    Express Mail (1-3 days) – $35.00

    In Store Pick Up Is Available

    International & Canada
    International and Canada addresses are shipped USPS.

    International Priority Mail – $75.00

    Exchanges/Repairs
    If you need to exchange a purchase or require repair to an item you purchased from ib, please ship the item(s) to our mailing address and include $15.00 for return shipping. Please include instructions, email address, shipping information, and payment inside of package. You will be notified by email when we receive your package.

    ib’s Trade Up Bracelet Policy
    Your ib bracelet may be upgraded to a larger wrist size, to a wider band width, or from silver to gold within the same design family. When you return your old bracelet, just pay a $15 trade up fee plus the price difference of the retail cost.

    14k Bracelet Policy
    When your 14k bracelet is purchased from ib designs we inform you that you are not to expose your gold piece to chlorine, bleaching agents or chemicals, particularly those found in pools and hot tubs, as these can cause fractures in your jewelry. Repairs for 14k bracelets are as follows.

    1st Repair $50

    2nd Repair $100

    3rd Repair $250

    ib designs will not repair your bracelet the 4th time it breaks.
