    Orders

    All wholesale orders must be placed through the website for record-keeping purposes. ib designs will no longer accept orders through email or phone calls.

    There are no minimum quantity requirements on any order -- order as much or little as you like, but keep in mind orders totaling $250 or more ship for free!


    Payment

    Due on checkout.Your wholesale account must be used for each order at time of purchase, as it will adjust pricing automatically to reflect our wholesale rates when you log in.


    Sales Outlets

    You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores must receive prior written approval. Online sales are not permitted at this time.


    Ib designs items you have available for purchase in store may be offered at a discounted rate at seller's discretion.


    Product Availability

    You may order new pieces released during the months of January-August as soon as they become available for purchase on the website, unless otherwise noted.


    Due to production quantity limitations, some new pieces released during the months of September-December will not be available for wholesale customers. 


    We also have a short list of pieces that are not eligible for wholesale discount due to their pricing and availability.


    Returns

    Returns will be accepted up to 21 days after the tracking number has been provided for that order.

    Unless there is an error on ib design's part, vendors will provide all return shipping. Please be advised that each item is handcrafted and will vary slightly.

     

    Shipping

    Shipping is a flat rate fee of $10 via USPS.However, any orders totaling$250 or more ship free! Orders totalingless than $250 will ship for the regular flat fee of $10.*

    Each wholesale order is shipped with a tracking number, and orders totaling $1,000+ are shipped with signature tracking.

    If you would like to pay for insurance on an order, please contact us and let us know at the time of order so we can arrange this at the time of shipping. 

    Ib designs will get started on your order right away! Most wholesale orders take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on order size and product availability.

    *Note: Shipping fee also covers single orders mailed in multiple shipments due to product availability.


    Lost Order

    Ib designs  is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. We will provide you a tracking number at the time of shipment so that you can track your package. 

    Exceptions

    14k gold items are available for wholesale. Pleasecontact us if you are interested in 14K gold wholesale items.
